1.Main Functions

GWSIA is a kind of electromagnetism shielding room with high performance whose features of structure are quick tear-open, good-looking appearance and light weight, which's mainly used in the measurement strictly requested by shield performance, information security and EMS test and so on.

3.Structure composition

(1)Shell: There is insulated disposal between six-facet board and ground. The six-facet plate is a unit module made of cold-rolled steel plate whose thickness is 1.5mm. After it has been galvanized and plastic-sprayed, the six-facet plate is assembled by M8 galvanized bolts, nuts, gaskets and electric conductive interleaves.

(2)Shielding door: We can produce various shielding doors according to users' requests, such as electric (manual)-locked shielding door, pneumatic shielding door, full-automatic shielding door. Specification can be made to order. (We can specially make both-sides-opened shielding door

(3)Ventilated wave-guide window: The size of alveolate ventilated wave-guide window is 300×300 mm. In view of the connection with central air-conditioner and new-wind system, we can configure non-standard sized wave-guide window for the shielding room of different specification.

(4)Power-supply filter with high performance and low leaking: It may dispose power cables with different specification: 220v/380v, 50Hz for the use of shielding room's equipments; in addition, we also can offer many kinds of non-standard power-supply filter to apply to special power. (110/36v,400 Hz, etc)

(5)Indoor electricity: The shield room will be equipped with distribution box and illumed by embedded daylight lamps. (Test room only accepts incandescent lamps for illuming. The quantity of lamps is calculated by demands.) Cables and switches as well as sockets are also inside the room. (The sorts of sockets include wall sockets, ground sockets and socket boxes. The quantity of sockets can be fixed by users' requests.

(6)Indoor decoration: we can decorate the ceil, wall and ground according to user's request.

(7)Other: We can install air-conditioner inside the shielding room by the request of users and deal with the signals; All of cables put into the shielding room will be through the shielding disposal.
